Fast & Friendly. Never a hassle however inconsistent on luxury of vehicle selection. Being a preferred customer should have its benefits all of the time. However overall I am pretty pleased with service and personnel !!!
What a terrific experience, maybe even the best. They were extremely friendly. Fast, and so accommodating. They picked me up and dropped me off. The car was beautiful, clean and nicer than I anticipated. Young lady was friendly , and all smiles. My new favorite spot

Great rental car place... reserved it online. Car was ready when we arrived but when we got there we had to pay a deposit.. when I read all the rental details online nowhere did I see that they required a deposit let alone such a large deposit...if it wasn't for the nice gentleman there and us having extra cash then our honeymoon would have been ruined... make the deposit a little more visible so people can prepare!
