Prices.are very high for goods that were given to this profitable business goodwill says it's non profit. Which is untrue I was informed by one of goodwill employees that there was a owner that made huge profits from goodwill. there is too many price increases.They say they hire handicap but if u look u will see maybe 1 or less per store.also the employees get the better items before it hits the floor.i have seen this happen
I bought a couch and there was nobody to help moving it to my truck. I hurted my back badly trying to figure it out by myself.
I go there to benefit myself. It's not a charity their in it for the profit. That being said sometimes they have good stuff at a low price. Just check the brands because sometimes you can go to Walmart and get the same item for a dollar or two more brand new. I give two stars because don't pay their employees a livable wage.
