Small store for a JCPenney. Has the essential clothing, but it would not be my first choice if I needed more than a few things.
Good quality apparel but needs to have clothes for plus size women too. It’s like larger size women doesn’t exist.

One of the smallest Penney ' s in Kentucky. It used to be a lot better, but has cut down to not having each dept. staffed and now only has 3 places to check out in the entire store.
Very helpful ladies. I am glad they are not closing.
