My father has been going to Dr.Garner for years- and at 82 he is not one to like docs- but- truly likes DrGarner. I'm a critical care RN and I can tell you that he is smart and kind. I have seen many docs over the years with my dad and at work in Louisville. ...and I can tell you Taylor county is blessed to have him and his kind staff. And you can trust him. I have never seen a family doc spend so much time assessing and truly getting to the reason behind an issue- listening to patient and family.
