Very friendly staff. Dr. Watkins was nice and professional. Was as gentle as he could be with my wound. Very happy with this office and staff.
It comes down to this. We have great insurance with blue cross, and I have instructed my wife that we are not to even take our old farm dog, let alone a human being to your hospital. I don’t care if I am near death, I will never ever make the journey to your hateful, painful hospital again! But the best part, Is you can bet I will share my experience with EVERYONE I meet.
Wanted to let you know about my last visit to TRH. Went in to the emergency room with extreme Pain from a What I assumed was a kidney stone since I have had several of them in my past. First doctor and nurse I had was great. Then I guess there was a shift change and I believe my second doctor was Nakasato. Don’t know the second nurse's name but she was absolutely hands down the worse nurse I have had in my life. She actually started arguing with me about how long it took to get my meds from Columbia Walmart? Really I live in Edmonton, and I have a pretty good idea how long it takes to get there and get meds from the walmart. I guess its comforting for her to know that if anything ever happens to the hospital she could get a job in “Helga’s house of pain” Anyway more to the point, they didn’t want to give me any more pain medicine as I left the hospital. And the subscription they wrote “ 325mg codine”? for a kidney stone.. really? I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN!!!! Why do you think I came to your hospital in the first place? Now I know they are people addicted to pain meds, but that’s not me! I have worked at the same job for several years, do not have a criminal record and was not on any pain meds. Needless to say, I left your hospital in extreme pain, same as I entered. Now the first doctor gave me pain medicine and did relieve my pain while I was there at the hospital, but the point I am making is that it quickly wore off. Me and my wife thought it would be quicker to go to the Walmart in Campbellsville to get my subscription. That’s when the real pain hit again and you all got some great advertisement. While I had several people come up to me while in the car outside and on the floor in Walmart writhing in pain, I was quick to let them know that I had a kidney stone and had just come from your hospital which didn’t give me any pain medicine!
I came in promptly for a 1:30pm appointment on April 17th. After a 15 minute consult for a colonoscopy (which was cordial) I was finally able to leave at 20 minutes to 4pm. Your office procedures absolutely suck. If every business in Campbellsville were run as poorly as yours we would all be living elsewhere. Get with it! This the the 21st Century and you have no excuses.
