Employees were very helpful. Food was good. But they had some kind of flying bugs that kept going for my food. I killed 3 or 4.

Gave them 2 chances. 1st time ordered 1/2 pound roast beef at drive thru. Got home and discovered the smallesr roast beef sandwich ive ever seen. Ok a mistake, i understand. Next. Night i ordered chicken cordon blu. Got home no swisss cheese. I calked and told them. Lady responds, ok. No im sorry or anything. I wont be back. Sugest you check your order. Every time.
The attendants refuse to listen to you even when you're the only person there, especially if you're a regular and they know you won't complain about mistakes.
It's time for me, and perhaps you, to stop giving this Arby's a second or third chance to redeem themselves. Every single time I've gone this year I've been disappointed, and I'm tired of wasting money on food I know I'm just going to regret.
