When making a purchase I asked about the return policy to which the seeker angrily replied, "why, your not thinking of wearing them once and returning after Easter are you?" She was extremely rude and told me that if I wanted to return I should do so same day otherwise it meant I was just buying for a holiday. Plenty of other places out there to shop including many in that same complex.
Took my daughter to the store at 8:50 to purchase an $80 pair of Chaco's. As we approached the two workers standing right by in front door walked away. My daughter attempted to open the door which was locked. We checked the sign with business hours, it clearly states 10:00-9:00. Will not return but will follow up with local management and home office in the morning.
Came in just to see, since I loved the one in Somerset. The workers are very rude and the store was very messy. I wouldn't recommend.
