Yes they may decide but you also need a listing price. If I came up there with $15,000.00 in cash and wanted to know the price of a vehicle, would you tell me then that the bank would decide after running my credit? No you would not. They don't care how much money you have or what you're interested in, they want to trap you into going down there and letting them run a hard inquiry on your credit even when you aren't buying that day. That will not bring business back and they sure as hell will never get mine.

Went out of their way to make sure I was getting a vehicle I would be happy with. Very friendly staff. Have had car for about 6 months and absolutely no problems.
And don't pretend this is just my bad experience as there are many in Campbellsville who are being done this way. Just give people a number and maybe you wouldn't still have so many cars maybe?

i wish that I had the option to give absolutely 0 stars for this joke of a car dealership. The company will not provide a price for any vehicle on their lot without running your credit or convincing you to buy that day. I understand that their job is to sell sell sell but if I am inquiring on the price of a vehicle that is on your lot to compare the price to the same vehicle on another lot then do NOT try to tell me that "the bank decides the price".
My wife was lured into the location by a scratch off prize mailer. While there they talked her into in filling out a application. Ran a hard check on her credit which they saw her score is pretty bad so they asked her for my information since they might be able to work with me. She gave them my social and birthday with the condition they would not run a credit check until I came in to fill out my own application. All of this happened without my knowledge or consent as I was out of town. I only learned of it after a hard credit check appeared on my credit report with credit karma. ( Yes my wife is partly to blame for handing over my information ).That does not excuse the fact it is illegal to run a hard credit check without the individuals knowledge or consent.
