This was the irst car I had purchasedfrom Red Goff , And i will be the last one, I purchased the car in Dec. 2014,with the undestanding it was in good shape, at the same time I purchased an ins plicy, through Mr. Goff( Big mistake) I drtove the little Chev. Vevo for app. 6 weeks, went to lascow for a drs. appt, started back, gotapp 5 miles out of Glasgow, on Cumberland Pky. , the car started smoking, I hd to call a tow truck, to have it brought back to Greensburg, it cost me $ 215.00 for the tow, I called Mr Goff , he advised me the motor had blown up.I was wiyhout my car for ap. 2 weeks, Mr Goff took itupon himself to fill out and send in my ins. claim I was told there would be a $ 50.00 decuctable, when I asked Mr. Go;f about he money , I had spent to have my car towed from Glascow, he told me he didnt owe me any money, that in fact I owed him $ 50.00 Mr Golf knew he owed me, that Iin no way owed him. Why did he not want me to file my own claim with the ins. co. of which I had purchased?... Then to tell me he didnt owe me anything, since I was promised a refund from the ins. co. I dont know what he thought he was doing, I am a widow, an a fixed income, I knew nothing about cars, I just believed what he had told me, the car was in good shape, the motor had 96000 miles on it, but it blew up, just 5 weeks ater I purchased it.... Please I want to know why gt screwed by a christian man , that attends church every Sunday.
