Very helpful with picking out games! They know their mechanise.
It's clean but the friendliness needs to improve. Smiling and saying hi just doesn't count. People can tell when your hiding that your unhappy.
My experience shopping there isn't like the big city GameStops. The workers are a bit more intimate and they exhaust all options helping you. Most GameStops push for pre-orders and pre-owned, but the workers here don't do it as much. The pre-owned items (games + controllers) have worked very well. The store is organized, clean, and diverse in it's products.
