Always have had great experiences here. The employees are like family . I love this store. They Have everything you need there , as far as furnishing you're home. Products are new stylish. I've been a customer for many years. I would recommend Rent - A - Center to anyone . Bad credit has no effect on you here. Just know , you will be treated with respect there. No worries of me choosing another place to buy name brand products at a reasonable price. Considering my credit and they are always willing to work on payments with me. Thank you all ! I had contacted RAC about a damaged phone that was my boyfriends phone, told them it was damaged and had been damaged at work and we were waiting on his employer to reimburse for the phone. I explained to them that our vehicle was broke down and we could not get to RAC (30 mins away) to return the phone and if they could come get the phone and as soon as we got a response from my boyfriends employer I would let them know, Fast forward two weeks later and they are harassing my family about this phone I told them to come get, Jesse the accounting manager told me I was a liar that his employees are to make notes in the accounts and since there isn't a note I am a liar. Guess what RAC I have phone records and want an apology!! ASAP!!
